得氣 De-Qi
針灸治療的過程中，可以透過針下的感覺來決定是否有接觸到 氣。
During acupuncture treatment, an experienced doctor can tell wether or not Qi is accessed or activated by feeling for Qi with the tip of the acupuncture needle.
像這樣氣動到這麼明顯，臨床上比較少到，因為只有兩種可能：針碰到動脈，或者是碰到氣，下巴這個位置沒有大的動脈，我還拔針以後再扎針確認，確實碰到氣了。👩🏻⚕️🧐
On rare occasion, activated Qi can present itself by trembling or ticking motion in the needle like this video. There are only two possibilities when a needle moves like this: one is the needle is right next to a major artery, or when Qi is accessed, I double checked by pulling the needle out and reinserted (although there isn’t major artery on the chin, one can never be too careful)
